An advanced Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority, Frances aka Sam, has over 48 years experience in the medical field. Sam has been a partner with Dr Hilda since 2009. Coming from the medical field, Sam eased in to the Cannabis Program to support our mental health patients. Together with Dr Hilda, she supports and guides patients and recommends patients acquire the New Mexico Cannabis Card.
